The Inside is Not Enough

They say beauty is just skin deep -
Only the inside really matters.
But a disfigured or a gorgeous woman?
Most would prefer the latter.

So though, personality wise,
I think I could match up to you,
I'd like to be more beautiful
On the outside too.

A nose job would be pretty nice;
Liposuction makes bigger chances;
Rhinoplasty's worth its price;
Breast augmentation creates romances.

Nowadays, I simply dream
Of being the one made for you.
With money and some plastic surgery,
My dream could finally come true.
